Group Travel

Most airlines do not allow you to book more than 9 people on the same flights at the same time. This means that you may not end up being on the same flight or with the same airfare and rules. Booking group flights with us allows you to all have the same flight (subject to availability of seats), the same airfare and the same airfare rules. Booking group flights also allow flexibility with budgeting as you do not need to pay in full up front as you do when booking yourself online. We also have flexibility to work with amendments like date changes and name changes, often up to 48 hours prior to travelling. Due to our relationship with the numerous airlines flying in our region – we have the right contacts to negotiate additional benefits like additional luggage allowance for sporting equipment.

We have a team of specialists who travel the world picking out the most suitable accommodation options for our varied clients. You may of chosen the best hotel from online reviews…..but is it the best for your group? ie does it have a secure car park for your rental cars? Do the twin sharing rooms have a private bathroom (or is it all glass)? Does it have a great bar that will be open late when you come back from your dinner? We can also work with the accommodation providers to ensure you have rooms all together on the same floor (or not…if required), interconnecting or even booking a larger room or family suite for you all to meet.

Group insurance policies are a cost effective way to ensure everyone travelling is protect against the unexpected. Additional premium options are also available for individual specific requirements.

The safety and security of your group is paramount to us. We can collect details from everyone from passport and visa requirements, to extension travel, additional services like activities, different travel requirements etc. We can communicate to all travellers via this system – so no one can say “they didn’t get the email”. This will then create the relevant reports for you while travelling – in one easy app. We can also create a group app for you all to have access to your itinerary, emergency contacts (embassies, hospitals, insurance, airports etc); updates from us back in New Zealand and for all of you to communicate to while away.
