  • Chris Fifield

    Chris has travelled the globe several times over… with his 30 plus years’ experience in the industry he is unquestionably efficient and knowledgeable when it comes to organising any form of travel!

    Outside of work, you will find Chris in the great outdoors having fished his way throughout New Zealand, hiked the Inca Trail in Peru, skied the Canadian Rockies, just to name a few.

  • Kyla Strahl

    Kyla spent over 6 years crewing on luxury super yachts throughout the Mediterranean, Baltic, Adriatic, Caribbean, Pacific and North Seas; along with several Atlantic Ocean crossings.

    Moving to more adventure land travel Kyla has India, South America and South Africa as part of the whopping 57 countries she has explored!

  • Andy Gosnell

    There is nothing like having an outgoing and versatile member on a team and Andy is ours! His outgoing, easy and honest approach makes for an enjoyable relationship and experience for clients, suppliers and all the team.

    Andy first developed a love for travel early, living in the USA for 3 years from the age of 5. After this he has taken every opportunity, travelling the world to some of its most remote spots. Whether he is trekking in the Patagonian Andes, strolling the piazza’s of Italy, or visiting family spread across USA, Asia, Europe and the Pacific, Andy is in his element.

Ravensdown Travel Dollars can be used to buy travel, accommodation, special event tickets and more at House of Travel Christchurch City. Each Ravensdown Travel Dollar is equal to spending one dollar.

If you see anything on the House of Travel website (www.hotchch.co.nz) that you would like to use your Ravensdown Travel Dollars on, simply call the team on 0800 100 987 or email on ravensdown@hot.co.nz

  • For your daily Ravensdown Travel Dollars balance, check your 'My Ravensdown' online account, or call the team on 0800 100 987 or email ravensdown@hot.co.nz

  • You can spend your Ravensdown Travel Dollars on travel, accommodation, special event tickets, travel vouchers and more at House of Travel Christchurch City.

  • Yes, you can top up a payment with cash or a major credit card.

  • Your Ravensdown Travel Dollars do not expire while you have an active account with Ravensdown.

  • Yes, you will need to confirm this in writing to our Travel Dollars specialist advising us that you are gifting Travel Dollars to another person.

  • Unfortunately we are unable to split points between Members. All Ravensdown Travel Dollars will be allocated to the account owner. However, you can gift Travel Dollars (see above).

  • In the unfortunate event that a Ravensdown Travel Dollars account needs to stop, please contact customer care at Ravensdown at customer.centre@ravensdown.co.nz
